Tantric Rocking
What is Tantric Rocking?
Tantric rocking, also called watantra or watness, is a technique of aquatic Tantra and hot water rocking. It is practiced in a natural environment or in a heated water pool.
Water is linked to our emotions and has the magical power to free us from them (tears, baptisms of purification, baths ...).
Immersing oneself in this hot water bath brings directly back to our first relationships and to the amniotic fluid that surrounded us in our mother's womb. Tantric rocking is particularly intended to repair our first moments of life.
Tantric rocking allows one to disconnect from the mind, to regain relational confidence and to make peace with one’s most buried emotions.
Tantra teaches us, among other things, how everything in our life works like waves. A conductive and feminine element in essence, water helps to better perceive the finesse, rhythm and movements of relationships. The exercises proposed in Tantric rocking are always carried out in slowness, softness and benevolence in order to better taste the sacred character of this practice.
It allows a better presence to the other. The beings disappear in order to make room for the relationship which dances to the rhythm of music and aquatic movements.
